What if I need service on a Freeus device?

A common question we hear from our dealers is, “What if I need service on a Freeus device?”

All Freeus devices have a one-year warranty beginning on the day of shipment and ending at the end of that month the following year. For example, if you ordered a device on March 1, 2015, the one-year warranty period would end on March 31, 2016 for that device.

If the device malfunctions or has a manufacturer-related defect within that year, we will perform warranty service or replacement.

If you have a device that needs to be repaired or replaced, log into your Dealer Account and click Help, then View Help for a product and click RMA Request Form under Important Links. Download that spreadsheet and enter information about the device(s) that need repair.

Email your completed RMA Request form to RMA@freeus.com for review.

When approved, Freeus will email you an RMA ticket and shipping instructions. Please include the RMA ticket with your return shipment. We will keep you updated about your RMA progress.
