Placing orders in Orion

We are pleased to offer a simple way for dealers to place and track product orders! Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Enter billing and shipping information

Prior to ordering, ensure that your billing and shipping information is entered into your account.

  1. Log into your Orion dealer account.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Enter your billing information in the Billing Address
  4. If your shipping information is different from your billing information, check the box below the Billing Address section to enter a different address for shipping.
  5. Click Save when complete.

Step 2: Enter product quantity

  1. Log into your Orion dealer account.
  2. Click Products.
  3. Enter product quantity and add accessories, if any. Device orders must be placed in increments of 24. 
  4. Click Checkout.

Step 3: Review and submit order

  1. Confirm that your shipping information is correct. To edit your shipping address or phone number, click Edit.
  2. Confirm your billing information is correct. To edit your billing address or phone number, click Account then return to your cart by clicking the cart icon in the header.
  3. Enter a PO number.
  4. To edit quantities or add new product, click Continue Shopping.
  5. The pricing from your contract has been pre-loaded. When you enter product quantities, your contracted unit price appears. If you have questions about pricing or to sign an agreement to offer Freeus mPERS to your customers, please email sales@freeus.com.
  6. Select a shipping method. Shipping costs will be added after your order is processed.
  7. To print this page, click Print Order.
  8. After you have confirmed all information, click Submit Order and click Confirm on the order confirmation. You will receive emails when your order is placed, approved and shipped.

Step 4: Check order status

  1. Log into your Orion dealer account.
  2. Click Products and click Order History.
  3. A list of your previous orders is shown. You can search orders by PO Number, Order ID or Status. Order status can be Pending, Approved or Shipped.
